Station 10 Zillah Expansion

Included in the new Station 10 design is the Fire District’s first set of sleeping quarters, designed to allow firefighters to stay at the station ensuring around-the-clock coverage and response to emergencies. This step is critical to future of the Fire District’s operations and keeping insurance rates low for its citizens. A new, larger training room for current and future district members is included, allowing for critical training to be completed in a climate controlled environment instead of the apparatus bay which is done today. Other features include a gym, kitchen and day room as well as a proper decontamination area for personnel and equipment.

Construction will start in April of 2025 with substantial completion in February of 2026.
