Station 5 Parker Remodel and Expansion

Our Station 5 in Parker serves the greater Parker area and is very well positioned to augment response in the northwest portion of the Fire District. The facility has very quick access to US Hwy 97 allowing for a rapid response to one of our busier response areas. The remodel and addition to the 1600 sq. ft. building constructed in 1980 brings the building size to just over 5,000 sq. ft. The remodel adds additional bays for apparatus and additional restroom facilities and a designated decontamination area. It also modernizes the kitchen and training areas. Construction is estimated to begin in November of 2025 with an estimated completion date of July 2026.
